Because i’m the youngest and inexperienced. that is the most fucking juvenile reason i’ve heard.

Day 2 and it still didn’t go any better.

So today, I started my first day on my first job. I was the earliest to arrive, and I waited patiently in the sitting room. Soon enough, strangers walked in and sat all around me. I was hoping for a friendly face but alas, there were none. So I just stared at my phone until being called into the conference room.

There was only 9 of us including the trainer. We had brief introductions about ourselves, and I found out I was the youngest among us all, and the one with no experience. I panicked only a little, until we had mini quizzes… Which made me panic a lot more. I couldn’t answer questions and i realised my brain had turn to goo. Everybody else knew what they were doing and it seemed that I was the only one who didn’t.

I felt sad at that point, because I didn’t know what I was doing. I don’t know what tomorrow might bring, but I really do hope it gets better. That I’ll be able to apply why I’ve studied in school to my work and training. Bismillah.
